Two civil rights groups are asking the US Dept. of #Education to force the third-largest district in #Illinois to stop discriminatory discipline that involves police.
#TrumpSupporters outside the Manhattan courthouse aren't taking the 34 #guilty verdicts well. One was just screaming "FUCK YOU!", while his buddy told everyone that their children were all dead, and some woman screamed, "1776!!!" over and over again. I really hope #lawEnforcement has these people on some list.

Chan, 31, a medical tent volunteer, said protesters limped in with severe puncture wounds, but there was little hope of getting them to a hospital through the chaos outside. Chan suspects the injuries were caused by rubber bullets or other 'less lethal' projectiles, which police have confirmed were fired at protesters."

The woman, #RebeccaLavrenz, was convicted this week in DC of disorderly & disruptive conduct & 3 other charges. In his posting to ~7M followers on social media, #Trump referred to her as “one of Joe Biden’s J6 HOSTAGES!!”
Trump…has increasingly turned his attn & resources to people charged & convicted in the #violent attack, which resulted in the deaths of 7 people, ~150 #LawEnforcement officers were injured & lawmakers — incl’g fmr VP #MikePence, were forced to hide for their own safety. #law
"The biggest source of conflict was an amendment ... that would prohibit #databrokers from selling consumer data to #lawenforcement and would require a warrant to access Americans’ information... National #security hawks in #Congress and local law enforcement groups joined forces to kill the amendment, with the National Sheriffs’ Association claiming it would “kneecap law enforcement” in a letter to Congress..."
