If true, then it seems none of our gov depts/agencies have been fully truthful about the alleged perpetrated against them... It's either that, or they are clueless...

I'm not sure which is the worse scenario of the two.

"Simple Scan is entering a crowded scanning market. Many scanning utilities also help you organize your scans, store them in the cloud, submit expense reports, and more. There are people who need that sort of extended feature set, but somewhere along the way, people with simpler needs have been forgotten."

By me at Forbes: Tesla. Twice. Tokyo. Hacked, that is. The first Pwn2Own automotive event certainly didn’t disappoint with $1.3M win and 49 zero-days exploited by elite hackers.

New Cybersecurity Roundup:

Someone tried to hack Kaspersky via a complex iPhone attack (“Operation Triangulation”); Jake Appelbaum got (reluctantly) kicked out of CCC; NASA launched a cybersecurity guide for the space industry; India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi tried to strongarm and retaliate against Apple over hacking warnings, plus early Pandemic Roundup items.

I'm amazed at how intrusive the ads on YouTube are now, if you don't have an ad blocker on. Even if you do, you still get the nag screen at the start of the videos.

Unless you set your VPN to Albania! Voilà, no ads, no nags 👍
