EINE NEUE POLIZEILICHE HINRICHTUNG

Contre Attaque

Today is an international day against police brutality. At this day I would like to remind you all that the only way to stop police brutality is to abolish the institution of police and replace it with solutions that actually deal with problems.

I wonder whether he was driving a good car and the Georgia cops suspected him of stealing it.

A lot of people would probably say that we “need” some sort of Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). In the US, the DMV manages the critical process of licensing people to operate motor vehicles on American roadways.

Considering that there are nearly 300 million cars and over 4 million miles of road, it’s very important that we have some kind of minimum standard of skill and ability to keep all those people safe as they hurtle their multi-ton boxes of metal, plastic, and glass at high rates of speed in very close proximity to each other and people walking or cycling.

Even with the DMV managing this process, 46,000 Americans still die each year from traffic collisions. So you can only imagine how bad it would be if there were no DMV!

Now let’s imagine that we were to discover that, in addition to licensing drivers, employees of the DMV were, in their official capacity, routinely killing people and stealing millions of dollars from them each year. Let’s imagine we discovered one DMV was rife with gangs that commit serial murder and another had set up a torture chamber where DMV employers spent years torturing DMV patrons.

Might you wonder what’s going on with the DMV?

Life hack: Don't like police, think they are ... easy solution. You can tresspass anyone, including police. Use a FOIA request, get the list of all police for your district, and issue a tresspass warning preemtively for all of them.

Now if they step foot on your property (without a warrant) it is a criminal and arrestable offense. Obviously they can still come on your land in an emergency without a warrant (exigent circumstances it is called). But if they try to violate your rights, you have a much stronger case to have them jailed.

Ya know, it would be nice if every time a cop had any contact with a suspected criminal (after they are detained or before any qwuestions are asked) everyone got a freee lawyer on the spot. Something has to be done to keep these cops in check and stop them from constantly threatening with the color of law and getting away with it.

If you support Biden you support the killing of minorities by the police , the arrest of activists, the death of the planet to the climate crisis, violence against refugees, the genocide of Palestinians and many more similar policies. Saying Biden deserves anything other than a very quick trial and equally quick death for crimes against humanity is absurd.

Wieso Polizeimeldungen keine neutrale Quelle darstellen

"Do you know why I pulled you over?" will be illegal in California from January 1, 2024. Now police have to tell you why they pulled you over.

The idea is to stop pre-textual traffic stops, in which an officer pulls over a driver, usually Latino or African-American, intending to find a reason to search their vehicle for contraband.

Research shows that pre-textual traffic stops are a racist practice that nets very little contraband.
