Don't forget transcripts for video and audio. These will help blind users and low-vision users, deaf and hard-of-hearing users, people with ADHD, and people with audio-processing disorders. Transcripts also benefit search engines, people in quiet spaces, and people in a hurry.

I get incredible satisfaction from making wifey and I latte's every day.

A couple of weeks ago I re-set up our espresso machine (I had been making pour-over coffees since the pandemic started) and the joy I get from pulling a perfect espresso shot on our manual machine, keeps me going.

One of the many hats I wear is that of book formatter. As an indie author/press, it made sense to do it for myself, and now I do it for other folks too. :)

Need a re-release formatted? Have a new book you want to self-publish, but just don't quite know how to prep your book files? We use Vellum for the Mac, and do formatting for ePub (all formats) and pdf/print.
