I’ve been #RetroComputing for a while now but I wanted to do a little #PenPlotter today since I’m participating in #ptpx this year. Here’s an idea I’ve wanted to implement for a while. Designed in Python, plotter on a HP 7550 Plus vintage plotter.
I eschew x-posting (snicker), but in this instance...
'Allo my #retrocomputing geeks - I'm looking for documentation on the U.S. Micro Jet 386 computer.
It's a non-standard motherboard, non-standard power, non-standard front panel wiring. I've finally reverse-enginerded it enough to get something that sounds like it's posting
Would you retoot for coverage if you don't know where I can find docs for it? Please and thank you?

Kevin Moonlight just released a video demonstrating his Pi Pico-based PCMCIA card that can emulate NE2000 over Wi-Fi, serial port, and Sound Blaster for retro laptops, handhelds, and other computers. He's gauging interest in the project for a future build, so if you're interested in one there's a link in the description to a form.
Kevin is great, he was responsible for the bulk of the SoundBlaster DSP support that was just released on #PicoGUS! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoJ12leojwo #retrocomputing#pcmcia
