Laying in bed thinking about wholesome inanimate plush tf. You slowly turning into a plush as your partner does their best to help you as you slowly shrink and lose mobility over the course of a month. Hands rounding out into mittens as feet shorten into round cylinders unable to support your body after you start filling with polyfill. Soon all that's left of you is your voice and a voice box filled with pre-recorded lines of a stereotypical plush doll.
Yearly reminder that the following words have no meaning at the grocery store (and largely everywhere else) and are only used to influence your emotions.
It might seem like the most basic thing to mention but there are new folks joining all the time & so there may be people just learning:
you can follow hashtags on Mastodon, just like you can follow accounts. just click a tag to open the link & then look for the (small) 'plus' or 'follow' button, location might depend on your app or UI but top-right-ish
At work, remembering who has what in their drink and not getting them mixed up was becoming an issue. So I thought: personalised mugs with drinks orders on the side! They were awesome and my colleague did the avatars ☺️
