European Union countries have agreed to transfer 90% of the proceeds from frozen Russian assets to Ukraine for defense purposes, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has said in Riga during the meeting with prime ministers of Baltic states.
The European Union has approved the transfer of proceeds from Russia's frozen assets to Ukraine, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský said.
