Wow whee - just got an email from to say that my yearly subscription price changed from $30 to $50.

Crazy stuff. I get that inflation is a thing; but the site is entirely user contributed data - from the scrobbling of the tracks to editing data and uploading images and links in the database.

And they sell that data to other companies. And haven’t updated their website or apps in so, so, long. The whole thing is pretty much in maintenance mode.
