I don't know, but it's ironic that not long ago the wanted to reduce funding for the , and now we have war in Europe, it's probably more needed now than ever.

The BBC needs a more modern way of financing itself. It's something I've been looking at myself.

It's quite interesting, the options.

V MSF:

On 20 Nov, 2 missiles hit a hospital in Selydove, . Although no MSF staff were harmed, several people in the hospital were injured and 3 people were killed.

This is the 2nd attack within a week on a hospital in Ukraine where MSF is present.

The head of the region says infrastructure was damaged, in a 2nd successive night of Russian drone attacks. Ruslan Kravchenko published a photo of what appeared to be an electricity facility aflame. The Ukrainian airforce said it had shot down 15 or 20 drones across the country. Last winter Russia launched a sustained campaign against Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

The armed forces commander Lieutenant General Nayev is quoted as saying there were now 19 000 Russian troops mustered near one part of the border, attacking with rockets, artillery and drones. Reuters is just reporting that the , and have agreed to a in southern to coincide with the reopening of the crossing on the Gaza-Egypt border. We had earlier seen media reports saying the Egyptian-controlled Rafah crossing - now the only possible road out of Gaza - will be open "for a few hours" on Monday
