Good morning! It’s the last day of the #TrumpTrial before jury #deliberations.
Today Justice #Merchan will give #JuryInstructions. Then they will discuss the case among themselves for the first time; they have not been allowed to even discuss it w/each other as yet.
Closing arguments took place yesterday, & the lawyers will have no further opportunity to address the jurors before they determine whether #Trump is #guilty or not guilty of 34 felonies.
Justice #Merchan is back on the bench. He asks the attys, “Where do we stand?”
Prosecutor #Steinglass says that while they have “made a lot of progress,” they need his help to sort out which portions of the #transcript should be read back to the #jury.
Jurors asked for 4 portions — 3 from #Pecker’s testimony & 1 from #MichaelCohen.
Defense & prosecution aren’t agreeing on Pecker's #TrumpTowerMeeting testimony.

I actually started using #AI summarizers to get the #transcript version instead of watching / listening.

#Arizona state Sen. Justine #Wadsack is an intentionally #dishonest piece of shit. On the anniversary of 9/11, she blasted out #conspiracytheories and #discredited hoaxes, calling the #attacks an "inside job", and promoting a #fake#transcript from United #flight93. When people pointed out that the transcript is a #hoax, she didn't delete her post, or acknowledge her #mistake. Instead, she hid the comments that corrected her. She is the definition of human #garbage.
@Onj I love that you add Basic text #Transcript for your audio clips man, I think everybody should do that if they can to help out our #Deaf and #HardOfHearing friends, and anyone else who can't listen to the audio for whatever reason. But Especially #Blind people as we tend to post a lot of #audio and because so many of us push for #AltText
we could stand to spread some of that awareness around.

I'm very tempted to use "#transcript of GTFO" on a relative that keeps sending me (on #Whatsapp) links to #evangelical cults and shows (I'm an #atheist, btw); she's on permanent mute. If she wants to explain how great is her god, she should explain in her own words.
