I really hat the feeling of your body just not giving a shit anymore, meanwhile your brain wants to be in the middle of working on a project you're already excited about. =( #depression#OCD#anxiety#mentalhealth#artistsonmastodon
Wouldn’t it be amazing if there were something like Advil or Tylenol, but for emotional pain or #depression? For just a bad day or two? Most days, you’re fine. You can manage some minor pain. But sometimes, you need a little over-the-counter pain relief. So you take a temporary measure— two pills that relieve the pain for a few hours until you can get on top of it, every 6-8 hours until it passes.
Big Pharma, please make this happen!
I'm going to do a new #introductions post and leave it pinned on my page.
Howdy, everyone! ^_^ I'm the creator of the YA Slice-Of-Paranormal-Life #graphicnovel#webcomic Wapsi Square. I also draw SFW and NSFW paranormal themed pinups that I sell on Ebay.
I dabble in audio #fieldrecording#animation and #miniature building. My comic can best be described as a Slice-of-Paranormal-Life, and some of the big themes are to not judge books by their covers, and learning to deal with your own demons, and mental issues.
If you'd like to check out my comic, the whole archive is free to read here: http://wapsisquare.com/
#MentalHealth is important for a person’s wellbeing. As one who suffers from a mental illness, having resources that keep track of those ups and downs, things that trigger good and bad feelings, and ways to calm down when things are bad, really make it all better.
I’ve been using an app called #Finch. I absolutely recommend it.
Been here just over 2mths now and realised I don’t have an #introduction post!
I’m Becky, happily married mum of 2 boys (one with #autism). I suffer with #anxiety and atypical #depression on and off. We live in the English countryside and run an online business.
Now that I've spent some time on Mastodon, already made some fun friends, and decided to switch servers, I guess it's time for an #Introduction toot!
I'm a husband to my wonderful wife and dad of two crazy boys. I like gaming, tech, and gadgets. Most of my gaming is done on #PC/#PCGaming and iOS, but occasionally #Xbox. I love #SciFi, #Fantasy, #TopGear, #TheGrandTour.
Whelp.. I finally made too many hashtags to fit on my profile. I tried to pick the ones most applicable to me, or ones I feel most passionate about for my page, and I'll attach an exhaustive, absurdly long list of hashtags below. It was surprisingly difficult to decide which ones made the cut. Drumroll please:
I'm originally from a rural town in middle Missouri but now call #SaintLouis my home. I have a love for the American southwest (my Mom is from New Mexico) and for the coastal city of #Savannah#Georgia.
I'm single, live alone with two #dachshunds (#dogs) named Amelia and Penelope. I'm a #progressive#liberal, can't stand money in #politics, and yearn for a day when the #Democrats improve their messaging and start fighting back.
