Not every fediverse user want to connect to Bluesky but for those that do, you can look into using Friendica. The next release will allow you to use your Bluesky account from within Friendica. Interact with Mastodon / Msskey / Pixelfed etc and Bluesky users together on one platform

Meetup activitypub? Fediverse has so many alternatives to the major sites (mastodon, peertube, mbin, pixelfed etc) so it's good to see someone giving it a try with hosting and organizing activities

Is Activitypub that difficult that a large team from a large company can't launch with fediverse support?

Their strategy is to gain the Twitter members first and then go after the open communities, making Threads the default for fediverse

Existing fediverse communities will be the losers. More instances will be closing which is what Meta wants

If you're just joining fediverse welcome to Mastodon. Cat is not happy about all this work even on caturday. Why?

I had to mute over 200 posts in the last 30 minutes or so. Cleaning up the feeds so you can get to a few good posts will take lots of effort because there's no algorithm

You'll notice many posts come from sources like dlvr ... review them and use filter/block

Does anyone know what is happening with the Misskey project? It seems they changed the docs site once again. Similar to the last change, many of the links are leading to not found message or lack additional details.

It looks like they are now using Nuxt. Why migrate to new doc site if most of the info are not ready? Confused
