A Dutch man who was paralysed after breaking his neck can now walk with crutches after receiving implants that let his brain send signals to his spine through a computer in a backpack.

Gert-Jan Oskam can now stand up from a seated position, go upstairs and walk around outside on uneven ground. “The stimulation will kick in as soon as I think about taking a step.”

Of course, as it is in the Netherlands, there could be no shortage of flowers, tulips are yet to come. Let's start with Muscaris (grape hyacinths), which I found in the most beautiful spring garden I have ever seen. Flowers and Helios lenses make fantastic combinations, look at this bokeh! 🪻🪻🪻

EU transport ministers are expected to discuss the environmental impact of private jet travel next week, after four member states raised the issue in an effort to reduce the carbon footprint of transport mode.

Austria, France, Ireland and the Netherlands call to step up "common efforts," stressing that private jets have a "disproportional environmental impact" per passenger kilometre.

We love nature, even one located under a glass roof. This is a huge strelitzia (our favorite houseplant), commonly known as the Bird of Paradise Plant. I took this photo in Amsterdam, at one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world called Hortus Botanicus, which was founded in 1638. 🪴🪴🪴
