Looking forward to hanging out here come Spring. One of the most relaxing places on earth, Ojo Caliente Mineral Spa in New Mexico. I could stay here all day. Old adobe historic bunk house. Warm breeze, sound of rolling thunder in the distance and maybe a bottle of wine 🙂
On Saturday evenings, Italian cities begin to wake up and people start to stroll through the ancient streets.
Gradually, the restaurants fill up and conviviality begins. All of this has been happening for hundreds and hundreds of years, in the same places, in the same establishments, at the same hour.
In the photo: the wine bar "al Brindisi" in Ferrara, originally "Hostaria del Chiuchiolino," which is the oldest wine bar in the world. The first written documentation dates back to 1435, a year in which the tavern was already famous.

May the towel with the image on it bring a burst of both the sea and happiness to your bathroom, and may every time you use it be a mini-break for you as well.
Part of the toxicity of Western culture is the 'push through' mentality. No matter what, 'push through' and get the job done, push your feelings down, ignore the pain, etc. Yeah, there are times we need to do that. Life won't always wait for us to be at 100%. But too many times, we 'push through' when we don't need to. Be mindful of the times we really can take a break, and TAKE THE BREAK. Your mental, physical, and spiritual health will thank you for it. 💜
@GottaLaff you know what, I am privileged to be sitting at the bottom of africa. We got so.much shit ourselves that we are just grateful that we are hanging in there. Trolls are the least of my worries... #relax
Every work day has an ending -- or it should. And to ensure that we do end that work day, it's worth taking time to literally doff our hat and kick off our shoes, relaxing in the freedom of our home. No texts. No phone calls. No assignments.
While watering the flowers I discoverd slimy marks on the floor leading to a flower pod. This inspired me to paint this abstracted acrylic painting of a colorful snail pausing in the garden.
