The money the Tories spent on the failed #testandtrace programme during the #pandemic would now have paid for a 15% pay rise for every #NHS#worker until 2058.
While claiming there's insufficient money to pay a reasonable wage to NHS staff, there was always enough money to give to their chums (whether for rubbish PPE or ineffective T&T).

Global politics hasn't lurched to the right. The bigots and fascists of the far right always been there, it's just that Trump and his client Tory party in the UK have enabled them. We've stopped naming and shaming them because Trump and Boris validated them. Since WWII they had been suppressed by common decency - now they are lauded by the leaders.
