This 1961 photo is called “The Mob”, and was shot by professional cat photographer Walter Chandoha. Originally a WW II combat photographer, his signature style was filming cats at their eye level. He collected nearly 100,000 cat photographs and it’s pretty cool that someone made a career out of this. #catsofmastodon

When you write hashtags that contain multiple words, make the first letter of each word a capital letter, for example #DogsOfMastodon. This will make the tag readable to blind people.
Blind people use the internet through screen reader apps, which read text out aloud. By putting a capital at the start of each word in a hashtag, you are telling the screen reader how to say the tag correctly.
In the non-techy world this is generally known as "CamelCase".
@feoh@feditips The #CamalCase also makes it easier to find hashtags eg #BooksOfMastodon or #DogsOfMastodon then you can follow the hashtag to keep up with what's going on.
A good way to connect with other people of same interests or hobbies.

Cats Protection had asked us to keep him in for AT LEAST two weeks after neutering, ideally more, before releasing him as there just wasn't a permanent home available.
Once he finally mastered the litter tray, we decided to let him roam the house at least.

I told my husband this morning that whoever thought daylight savings time was a good idea and implemented it (no, I don’t care who or how many people it was), hates pets and small children.
Imo, they should be tarred and feathered, hypothetically of course. Maybe twice a year? 🤔
